Summer rates of $110 per night for 2 adults plus $12 per each additional adult and $6 per each child.
Holidays priced at $120 per night for 2 adults, plus $12 for each additional adult per night and $6 per night for each child. All prices are subject to 13.25% state and local tax.

The Upper Threshold Suite

    Has a private bath with a 2-person whirlpool plus a shower, and an entrance from both the bedroom and the bathroom to the private deck.  The kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a coffee maker and toaster, a small sink and all necessary dishes and tableware.  This suite has access to the open loft area, furnished with a loveseat and chair and plenty of good books, perfect for relaxing in front of the big picture window overlooking the trails through the forest.

Holiday rates are $110 per night for 2 adults.  There is an extra room that shares the same bath, with queen bed available at $5 per night to spread out, plus each additional adult at $12 each and children at $6 each. All prices subject to 13.25% state and local tax.
