You will be pleased to see there are no unsightly power lines and poles. All utilities are placed underground to provide you with maximum enjoyable views.

Guests of Country Manor House Suites enjoy full property privileges of the entire 60-acre estate. You may stroll through the meadows, hills, valleys and woods. We’ve provided wide trails through the woods.

The property is dotted with park benches to rest to watch a special sunset, or to spy on the Herons dining from the fish-stocked pond, or to watch the Canadian Geese snack from the pond during their migratory routes North and South each year.

Sometimes the deer will sneak a cool, refreshing drink from the pond after hiding in the cool of the woods after a long hot day. Occasionally you may be lucky enough to see a wild turkey.

You may fish from the pond’s edge or enjoy one of the small boats provided at the pond.

However, Please do not enter the horse pastures.  if you can lure a horse to the fence, they usually enjoy a carrot or an apple. Feed at your own risk, and watch those fingers and thumbs.
