The Manor House Porch makes a splendid covered setting, 12'X54' in size.  The main level will accommodate a wedding and reception for up to 40 guests, and the ground level will accommodate 50 or more, or 90 people total. 

Our cozy/comfy barn provides for year round events on our Smoky Mountain farm.  It is perfect for an informal hoe-down, barbeque or country-style wedding or reception, or any other event. 

Double doors on both ends of the barn and stall doors on the sides of the barn keep the barn bright, and 3 paddle fans circulate the air. The center open area is large enough to accommodate a full band and dance area, and buffet.  Most guests actually sit inside the stalls for dining.  The barn will accommodate guests with ample parking space for 100. 

The barn is the perfect setting for boots and blue jeans, or black tie "Shabby Chic" affairs.
